As part of International Women's Day (IWD), ICAO TV introduces the Women in Aviation series. The series is a space for discussion on diversity, gender equality and the advancement of women in the aviation industry.
The launch of the series will take place on IWD 8 March 2021. Using the #IWD2021 and under the theme of “Women in leadership: Achieving an equal future in a COVID-19 world,” the series aims to steer discussions on recognizing and strengthening the role of women and girls around the world in shaping a more equal future and recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic.
