International Women's Day - Only Up: Supporting All Women and Girls in Aviation

The celebration will include a screening of the documentary “Only Up” directed and produced by Ms. Kendra Kincade, a Canadian air traffic controller and founder of the non-profit Elevate Aviation which promotes youth engagement in aviation. The film showcases the journeys of a few women pursuing careers in aviation, highlighting their achievements and the obstacles they face in a predominantly male industry. This eye-opening documentary encourages greater awareness and discussion on gender equality in aviation and how to make the sector attractive to the next generation.
