The Future of Aircraft Operations – Smart Aircraft Maintenance
Daily aircraft operations generate millions of data, which is often stored but largely disregarded. This presentation highlights how applying industry 4.0 principles to these data can reduce waste arising from early maintenance and failure costs connected with late maintenance actions. The presentation discusses data interaction within the industry for effective smart aircraft maintenance. It also highlights features of data processing and the use of statistical models during smart maintenance. The methodology discussed can be implemented for economic sustainability of aircraft operations. The Speakers are: Dr. Onyedikachi Chioma Okoro and Dr. Maksym Zaliskyi
