Presented by Airbus
Speaker: Catherine Guillemart, Bertrand de Lacombe, Julie Kitcher
Airbus is not only committed but has actively contributed towards the achievement of the LTAG. From the development of new generation aircraft technology that reduces up to 30% of emissions from past generations, and the optimization of operational improvements, to the participation in the Finvest Hub, the ACT-SAF program, and other initiatives to accelerate the use of SAF. Airbus is demonstrating with actions its commitment to decarbonizing aviation. Also, the exploration of new and disruptive technologies, such as hydrogen-powered aircraft, is still a key priority. However, there is still progress to be made. Airbus calls for action from Member States and aviation stakeholders to continue contributing with actions towards the achievement of LTAG.
