The ANC Talk by EASA in Extended Minimum Crew Operations (eMCO) will present how EASA tackles this concept, leveraging advanced automation and technology to enable and frame crew rest during the cruise phase of long-haul flights.
The presentation will provide an overview of the general principles, the Concept of Operations being developed in Europe and their approach to the Safety Case. Finally, EASA will present the ongoing stream of actions in terms of regulations and Research activities in this domain that will take place in Europe over the next few years.
