Several different implications are arising from the paralysis of international civil aviation. The recovery of the international connectivity, in a safe, responsible and sustainable way, must be a priority for all. Sanitary control measures must consider coherent criteria for efficient risk management and must not impose unnecessary travel restrictions. Besides, countries should work together for economic recovery based on free competition and non-discrimination. The current moment civil aviation is experiencing demands responsibility, coordination and collaboration among all stakeholders.
