The second Model ICAO Forum took place from 12 to 14 December in Shenzhen, China, as a side event of the Next Generation of Aviation Professionals (NGAP) Global Summit. The event aimed at raising awareness on issues pertaining to civil aviation, and at inspiring a new generation of aviation professionals.
Participants have worked together in teams, and proposed solutions to a specific aviation case study presented to a panel of aviation experts, across four simultaneous workshops, with prizes for the winning submissions.
The four case studies the students worked on were on the following topics:
Stream 1 - Unmanned Aircraft Systems: Aviation for Next Generation
Stream 2 - Dangerous Air Cargo
Stream 3 - The Socio-Economic Benefits of Air Transport
Stream 4 - Aviation Security: Strengthening Aviation Security Systems
