The panel, organized jointly by Concordia Institute of Aerospace Design and Innovation (CIADI) and FutureBound, intended to share with participants ideas on how to showcase interpersonal skills, self-learning abilities, and a growth mindset during an interview and on the resume. Panelists from ICAO, shared the importance of interpersonal skills but also presented the ICAO Innovation Competition.
In September 2022, ICAO launched a global competition under the theme “Innovation and Resilience in Aviation”. The ICAO Innovation Competition is designed to engage the younger generation in solving today’s challenges and producing innovative new solutions to a resilient future of international civil aviation.
