This panel will provide insights into how the aviation industry can build an adaptable and sustainable workforce that will meet future challenges. The panel discussion will revolve around policy, planning, training, and the establishment of a global HR planning skills inventory to inform on competencies needed to mainstream the next generation aviation professionals without losing sight of gender equality, diversity and inclusion. The conversation will provide high-level suggestions to build on synergies and, where necessary, suggest the regulatory framework necessary to support industry stakeholders in nurturing and building an adaptable next generation of aviation professionals (NGAP), facilitate sustainable growth of the global air transport system, engage strategies for inclusion of NGAP as the key drivers in innovation, value creation and resilience.
