This session summarizes the work of the ICAO UAS Advisory Group, including the most recent updates to the UTM Framework based on the information derived from DRONE ENABLE/2, updates to the ICAO UAS Toolkit and the results of the DRONE ENABLE/3 RFI Process. Aircraft Registry Network (ARN): The aircraft registry network which ICAO has spearheaded will be discussed, including its purpose, intended functionality and interaction with national registry systems. A live demonstration of the system will be provided. Unmanned Aircraft Systems Impact on ADS-B: A discussion on the ICAO State Letter providing guidance on the negative impacts of saturating the existing ADS-B system (1090 MHz spectrum) and the potential need to limit the use of ADS-B out on small UAS operated at low altitudes.
