During the 2021 Stocktaking, ICAO announced an open call and support for the establishment of a youth umbrella group, which would allow the global youth to engage with ICAO and provide views on aviation’s sustainable future. On 28 October 2021, ICAO is hosting a facilitation session which is a call made for the Youth all over the world to come together in order to engage with ICAO, to inspire ideas and drive the transition to a sustainable future for aviation. This event aims at connecting academic institutions, aviation stakeholders and global youth passionate about the aviation green transition.
