Gender Equality in Aviation is still a distant dream due to significant disparities, particularly in leadership and technical roles. Challenges like unconscious bias, lack of mentorship, slower career advancement, and work-life balance issues contribute to this situation. And yet, women are essential to the future of the sector. What are ICAO’s efforts to support the sector in achieving gender equality?
