The Informal Briefing to the ICAO Council outlines ICAO’s engagement with United Nations (UN) counter-terrorism mechanisms in supporting technical assistance and capacity building efforts. Presentations were provided by UN officials from the United Nations Counter-Terrorism Committee Executive Directorate (CTED), the United Nations Office of Counter-Terrorism (UNOCT), United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) and by the ICAO Secretariat.
