It will highlight successful examples of regional collaboration, multilateral mechanisms, and global initiatives that enhance workforce planning, improve system-wide resilience, and foster mutual learning. Emphasis will be placed on cross-regional partnerships and long-term coordination structures that ensure coherence across all levels.
