Passenger Data Systems
This Session will examine the Implementation of Advance Passenger Information (API) and Passenger
Name Record (PNR) data systems, along with the categorization and standardization of various
Electronic Travel Systems (ETS). Discussions will emphasize the need for greater consistency in the
deployment of passenger data systems, with a focus on leveraging National Air Transport Facilitation
Committees (NATFCs) to enhance coordination and support for API and PNR development. The session
will also explore best practices for implementing ETS with fully automated and interoperable validation
systems.
