Passenger Experience
This Session will explore strategies for expanding airport capacities to accommodate growing traffic
demand, highlighting the roles of aircraft operators and airport authorities in facilitating clearance and
service operations. It will examine the overall passenger experience throughout their journey and
address key facilitation challenges, including the management of unruly passengers within airport
facilities and onboard aircraft.
