Carlos Bonilla - Consultant for Aviation Agreements and International Relations at the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority

With over 15 years of extensive experience in the aviation sector, Carlos is currently serving as a Consultant for Aviation Agreements and International Relations at the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority. In this role, he provides guidance in the decision-making process regarding air transport policy and regulation, focusing particularly on the establishment and enhancement of Qatar's bilateral aviation framework. Additionally, he is deeply involved in fostering cooperation and partnerships with regional organizations and fellow ICAO Member States. Prior to his current position, he held roles as Manager of Regulatory and Corporate Affairs and Manager Aeropolitical Affairs at Qatar Airways. Earlier in his career, he served as the Director of Air Transport at the Civil Aviation Authority of Nicaragua.
