The future of aviation security requires innovative ideas and perspectives, and today’s youth are particularly well-suited to contribute to this endeavor. Empowering youth will play a crucial role in balancing gender representation within the industry, closing the gender gap in aviation security. This session will explore practical ways to address gender discrimination by emphasizing the role of young people in civil aviation security. Attendees will discuss the importance of gender balance and hear about both the challenges and opportunities that youth face, enriched by their success stories and expert perspectives. Additionally, this session will inspire attendees to actively participate in creating an inclusive and balanced future in aviation security.
