The Colombian Civil Air Patrol has been making remarkable humanitarian work in Colombia for 50 years. It has more than 70 volunteer pilots-aircraft owners and about 400 volunteer medical personnel. At least once a month the PAC travels to remote areas and sets up medical operations that include surgeries, ophthalmology, obstetrics, etc. It has received more than 30 awards, including from Google and the King of Spain.
