DRONE ENABLE 2018

DRONE ENABLE, ICAO's Second Unmanned Aircraft Systems Industry Symposium (DRONE ENABLE/2) convened from 13 to 14 September 2018 in Chengdu, China. The theme of DRONE ENABLE/2 was UTM to ATM – transitioning from segregation to integration.

The symposium brought together key stakeholders from industry, academia, government and international organizations in the aviation sector to exchange research, best practices, lessons learned and respective challenges. Attention was given to the complex issues presented by unmanned aircraft system traffic management (UTM) which needs to be addressed collectively in order to integrate UAS into the global aviation system.
